Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Delivery to Germany is generally free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross goods value):

EU:
Goods value up to 100 € = 5 €
Goods value from 100 € = free shipping

CH, UK, NO:
Goods value up to 100 € = 8 €
Goods value from 100 € = free shipping

Other countries:
Flat rate 15 €

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 days, and for international deliveries within 3 - 20 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

The products do not meet your expectations? Of course you can return them to us within 30 days.

For returns from Germany there is usually a charge of €5.00.

Please note that you have to organize the return from abroad yourself.

This is how the self-service return from Germany works:

1. Log in to your account
2. Enter your email address in the **Email** field and then click **Continue**. You will receive an email with a 6-digit verification code that you enter on the login page.
3. Click on your order and select the items you want to return. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.
4. Click on **Request Return**.

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

You are welcome to send us a message with your order number using the contact form or by email to activesol@nagelkoepfe.de. We will then send you a DHL label on the next working day.
