The Noaks Bags don't meet your expectations? Of course, you can return them to us within 14 days.

For returns from Germany, there is usually a charge of €5.00.

Please note that you must organize returns from abroad yourself.

How self-service returns from Germany work:

1. Log in to your account
2. Enter your email address in the **Email** field and then click **Continue**. You will receive an email with a 6-digit verification code, which you enter on the login page.
3. Click on your order and select the items you wish to return. Choose a reason for the return and add a note for the shop.
4. Click **Request return**.

You are welcome to send us a message with your order number via the contact form or by email to noaks@nagelkoepfe.de, and we will send you a DHL label on the next business day or discuss your concern with you personally.
